Jamaican dancehall artiste, Aidonia and his wife Kimberly Megan are expecting their second child together. The news stole the show at Chris Brown’s Under The Influence concert, held at the National Stadium in Kingston, Jamaica on Sunday night.
The couple lost their only child, nine-year-old, King Khalifa in December 2022. On stage as he performed to his home crowd, the Genna, having brought his wife on stage, seemingly unexpectedly to her, said, “Big up yuhself, enuh! Yuh know? Because yuh hol’ it dung inna real life. Yuh hol’ it dung inna real life. From 2019 when mi cyaa even deh deh, yuh hol’ it dung inna real life. Suh mi haffi always show mi love an’ appreciation an’ mek di world know seh baby deh pon di way.”
The ‘Yeah Yeah’ singer and his wife were married in September 2016. Their son Kalif died on December 3rd, following his battle with cancer. At the national stadium on Sunday night, fans cheered happily as Aidonia made the announcement at the concert. Many have since expressed they joy for the couple, thanking God for his blessings on the couples’ lives.
