The music mogul has faced multiple setbacks in his efforts to get released, with judges rejecting his previous three requests for bail. Despite offering a $50 million bond, putting up his Miami Beach mansion as collateral, and proposing house arrest with 24/7 security, Diddy has yet to convince the court to grant his release. The judges have ruled him a potential threat to the community, leaving him behind bars for now.
If Diddy ends up staying in jail this Thanksgiving, he’ll be stuck with a less-than-appetizing holiday meal. His day will start with a simple breakfast of fruit, cereal, pastries, and skim milk. Lunch will be a more substantial affair with turkey roast, hot & sour tofu, mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, cranberry sauce, turkey gravy, dinner rolls, and holiday pies. But for dinner, it’s a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, potato chips, whole wheat bread, and a fruit beverage.
Compare that to the lavish Thanksgiving meal Diddy could be enjoying if granted bail and allowed to stay in his proposed Upper East Side apartment. We’ll just have to wait and see. Stay tuned.
