TMZ is reporting that the mom of two has been accused by a woman, of kicking her in the stomach and damaging her phone during a physical altercation. The incident, the woman said, took place on on Friday morning at a bar in Los Angeles.
Sequoya King claims Chyna lost her cool because she believed King was taking a video of her without her permission. This led to a verbal dispute and King claims Chyna then snatched her mobile phone and proceeded to smashed it on the ground. The woman says Chyna then kicked her in the stomach, causing her to lose her balance.
A battery report has since been filed with the LAPD, by the victim.
This situation has come in the recent conclusion of China’s defamation trial against Rob Kardashian, Kim Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian, Kris Jenner, and Kylie Jenner. The jury ruled against Chyna in that matter. She was not awarded any monetary damages as a result. The case surrounded Chyna’s accusation that the Kardashians and Jenners, got her E! reality show with Rob Kardashian cancelled after one season as a form of “revenge.” She had been seeking $100 million in damages. During the nine day trial, Kris Jenner claimed that both her daughter Kylie, and her then boyfriend, Tyga had been threatened by Chyna, with the rapper allegedly being physically abused by the mother of his son King Cairo on more than one occasion.
