The second degree murder charge was allegedly committed last month. The victim in the case is 22-year-old Idressa Siby. The nineteen-year-old rapper whose real name is Nasir Valenzuela was reportedly nabbed by police in New Jersey, before being transferred back to Midtown for the arrest.
A Bronx resident, Valenzuela is alleged to have committed the act in Times Square on February 9th at around 5:37pm. It is alleged that Valenzuela and the victim were enthralled in an argument at the corner of 44th Street and 8th Avenue in Times Square when Nas Ebk allegedly shot Siby, striking him on the right side of his chest.
Police reports indicate that Silby attempted to run however he collapsed after making it a block away. Attempts were made to revive him at the scene before he was taken to hospital where he subsequently succumbed to the injuries sustained.
