Cardi B’s new beau, NFL player, Stefon Diggs has been slapped with a paternity suit by a woman who claims he’s the father of her infant daughter. The news comes on the heels of widespread excitement across the internet, over Cardi B’s announcement of her pregnancy.
Page Six reports that Aileen Lopera, also known as Lord Gisselle on social media, filed the petition in the Superior Court of California, in LA in December 2024.
Lopera, who was pregnant at the time of her filing, listed the New England Patriots star as the “parent” of the then-unborn child. Lopera, who is a Fashion Nova ambassador, has requested legal and physical custody of the child. She requests that Diggs only be granted visitation rights to the child, and further to that, she requested the athlete cover all pregnancy and birth expenses, along with her attorney’s fees.
Back in July, 31-year-old Diggs, responding to the paternity suit, filed documents in the court, indicating that he was not certain that he was the child’s father. The baby girl, Charliee Harper Diggs-Lopera was on born on April 2nd, 2025.
Cardi B, meanwhile, has been seeing Stefon Diggs publicly since May this year. She and husband, Offset, who fathered three of her children, separated in the summer of 2024. Her divorce is not yet final. Her new album ‘Am I The Drama’ is set to drop, tomorrow.
