The raunchy, unapologetically raw female dancehall entertainer has been the talk of some corners of the internet, following what some view as an an unnecessary promotional stretch. In the promo video, the artist is seen using a measuring tape to measure the length of the her male models’ ‘male’ anatomy, which is far from hidden.
Some have been commenting in the negative, lamenting the state of the entertainment industry, even pointing to the fact that the female dancehall queen is the mother of two young children. Others however, liberal in their views, argue that it’s time for the world to stop ‘hiding things from’ children and instead teach them all that the world contains.
The single is expected to be released on Friday. Likewise, the artist’s sophomore album, Emancipated is set for release on Friday. The nine-track set comes a little bit over a year since the release of her debut album, 10, which received a Grammy nomination nod.
