In text messages posted by someone called Ian Connor, who rolled in Kanye’s circles for years, Kanye tells Twitter CEO, Elon Musk, “When are we going to speak. You owe me nothing. You never have to speak to me again. But if we do speak. The nature of the relationship has to change. I’m not bi polar. I have signs of autism from my car accident.”
The text message continues, “You can’t watch Kim keep my kids from me. And not say anything publicly then call yourself my friend so I can bring my audience to your struggling platform.”
According to TMZ, it appears Kanye instructed Connor to get the message out since Kanye’s lost almost all of his social media accounts.
Elon’s Twitter platform suspended Ye’s account in December for antisemitic remarks the rapper made. The account was reinstated in July, but Ye has not been active on the platform.
